Excited to be Indexed by Google

My work was recently interrupted by my grandson's beautiful beach wedding. Now that I'm back I can't wait to tell you what I found! First, let me say I thought something would alert me more specifically when google indexed me.

Surprise!!!!

In reading one of my WA follower's blog I noticed she said she saw a colored G on her web content post and had been indexed. I headed right over there and VOILA!!! all of my posts had highlighted "Gs" on them!!! I have written four post for my website and every single one is indexed. That is an exciting motivator for me.

What Have I Learned?

I have learned how we write is important in this work. I have been intentional but not obsessive about how I approach my posts. After I decide on my keyword I actually write them in Microsoft Word as an initial "dump" of ideas. I think this is really important because when we write quickly and go with the flow it comes from our instincts... which are often "right on" and good.

After that I go back and reorganize, correct, and clarify. I don't spend much time on it. If it doesn't come together for me, I back away from it for a few hours or even a day, then come back to it.

I then move it into my WA platform, use the ABC checker, make any last review changes, then it goes off to my website. The method has paid off well for me and I suspect I will continue using it.

It's nice to know that solid, GOOD work pays off with google indexing me!

I hope others of you can learn from my experience of having all my first posts indexed.
