Another pet gripe of mine - 'Why do people who join our great community not put their name in their profile'.Surely the objective is to get to know one another as this will surely help us to help them.We start off by thanking them for following us, but then are struggling to know what or how to address them. So often it is not possible to access their name from the ID they provide; perhaps they do want to be addressed correctly or maybe to hide behind the ID, although I doubt that.Unfortunately

I have noticed on going through many comments on members articles etc., that there are many that are not 'liked'.I it is my belief that lots of members, particularly new ones, do not appreciate the importance of 'liking' others comments.It makes a difference to memebrs ranking, so please do 'LIKE' the comments directed to your comments.john
