Yes, I did but they cannot call me unless what they need is a landline and I don't have it.

i gave them my mobile number, and they called me within minute.

There is something wrong in my place as if they are not trying to call on me. When I click the call me now nothing happens.

where are you located? could it be the access code not right, sometimes a lot of people are not able to dial as the country code or area code tend to be different as some have to use 00, some + and some one 0 and so on.
