I'm not dead, I swear!
First off, a big thank you to everyone that has followed me lately! I'm surprised that you haven't all forgot about me lol. I could get into the different reasons I haven't gotten to participate on here as much as I'd like--Internet problems, a lack of focus and dedication, etc.--but luckily I've been starting to feel my resolve coming back. So, look out for me as you're going to be seeing more and more of me on here ;)

Hi Alisha :) Don't worry too much sweetie, I think we all have times like that :) My internet is shocking so it is a major pain in the butt for me here in Australia and there's nothing I can do about it. I keep plodding along, and when I can't use the internet, I get out a lined notebook and write my ideas and content down in that so I can put it in to my website (which is still in draft!) later. I know I'll get there in the end. You will too I'm sure :) If you can find some good motivational stuff, that can give you a boost also if you're feeling down. Brendon Burchard is really good and has free courses and his Motivation Manifesto book, he was giving away (it's about $30 book) if you just pay $7 postage anywhere in the world. He has good videos on YouTube, providing that darn internet is working! :)
Don't forget that you have a LOT of really supportive friends here around you if you ever need anything, and many of them are also struggling with life issues. So you're in good company my friend :)

Awwww, thank you so much! Your message seriously has me smiling a lot right now :) I know that I can turn to all of you for support, this is one of the most supportive communities I have ever been a part of. Ever. I wish more internet communities were like this, but I guess WA is just one of a kind :P
I'll have to look up Brendon Burchard, I'm a total bookworm so I'm always happy to have new things to read. I'll have to see about getting that book. I'll also check out his videos. My internet might unexpectedly cut out, but when it's working, it runs pretty quickly. And I'll be sure to keep a notebook (or two, or three...) for those times I can't get online or if I'm away from home and can't get onto my laptop.

I am a bookworm too :) So when the internet drops out I always have a good book on hand I can read! :)
Brendon Burchard's video's are very inspiring, he's just a regular guy, even though he's a millionaire! You know, I can't tell you how many times I have tried to watch the same video of his, and then the internet drops out, or my adobe program that the video uses crashes, and I have to go back to the beginning and wait for it to load ...again! :( So frustrating!
Oh and you can never have too many notebooks :D I have a whole 2 bags full of them that I bought from KMart which have really nice inspiring things written on the front. One says, "Believe you can, and your halfway there" and " Be yourself, everyone else is taken!", and "Be bold, be brave, be magnificent, be marvellous, be YOU!" They were only cheap, about $3 each, but yeah, they give you a real lift when you go to write in them :) It really inspires you to want to write in them!
Just hang in there sweetie, and if you need to take a break to get your mind in the right place, that's ok :) Sometimes I have to because I am dealing with so much. The important thing is not to give up. If it takes you a little longer, it's ok, no one here is going to judge you :)

Talk about Internet problems, in case you hadn't heard, here in good old "Sunny" South Africa we are experiencing an energy crisis and "load shedding" or scheduled blackouts are the order of the day!
Don't give up, we are all looking out for you!

Lol I love the pic too xD I think I might go insane if we had scheduled blackouts. Hopefully the crisis is resolved soon. It's amazing how dependent almost everything in our lives has become on electricity. I actually once considered buying one of those old treadle sewing machines to use when our electricity goes out :P no energy crisis here in Louisiana, but with all of the rough weather we have blackouts are common enough.
Trouble is, it gets worse! Sometimes even the schedules are ignored when Eskom arbitrarily decides to throw the switch, lol!
