???? Seeking Help from WA Members or Admin: Hosting Support Unreachable ????

Hey WA Community,

I’m reaching out to the Wealthy Affiliate network because I’ve hit a wall with WA Hosting Support and I’m hoping that someone — member or admin — can help or point me in the right direction.

Here’s the situation:

🔧 I’m working with a professional WordPress service (WP Buffs) to resolve a technical issue on my website, https://nostalgianookantiques.com.
💾 They’ve requested basic FTP/SFTP credentials or confirmation that WA can restore a backup if needed before performing work.
📩 I’ve sent multiple support requests directly, but haven’t received any reply.
⚠️ Because I can’t provide access or get backup confirmation, progress on fixing my site is stalled.

This is time-sensitive, and I'm doing everything by the book. If anyone has experienced something similar, or if someone from the WA team is available, please let me know how to proceed. I’d really appreciate some guidance or an alternate contact method that works.

🙏 Thanks in advance to this amazing community for stepping in where support hasn’t yet. You’ve helped me grow a lot, and I’m hoping someone can help me move forward now.

Best regards,
Dean Hovis

Hi Dean
As already said. This must be very frustrating. Can you outline the problem here please?

Hi Dean.

WA do daily backups on all sites here, as that's included in membership.

As for the FTP credentials, you can provide them yourself by going to Websites on the left side - SiteManager. Click on the Details button on the said site. Under Domain details, you'll see your site's FTP credentials.

As Peter has mentioned, you can send a PM to Kyle so he can escalate this from his end or let him know via Live Chat when he's here.

Hey Dean, sorry you're hitting this wall.

That sounds really frustrating. If support isn’t responding, maybe tag a WA admin directly in your post or try reaching out via their social channels for faster help.

Hopefully someone here or from the team can step in soon.

Good luck getting it sorted!

Cheers!!
