Remember. You will have more success in your business if you approach your customers and prospects with the intent of making their lives better.
If you genuinely care about the lives of your prospects and customers, not only will you create repeat customers, you will also get referrals.
Another wonderful thing about doing business in an honest and respectful manner is that you will even get referrals from people who didn't even buy from you.
Dometimes peole don't buy because the don't have a need at this time for your particualr product or service. But, they may know some people who do.
And if they've been treated really well, they may just refer these people they know to you, because you have left a really good impression.
