It's OK to have down days, to be sad sometimes, or to be upset. We have all been there and we will all be there again at some point.
When we say to stay positive, choose to be happy, and keep your head up, it doesn't mean you aren't ever allowed to have a bad day or to be upset.
Just don't let the sadness, being upset, or down feelings rule you. Don't let the down days add up, build up, and multiply. Don't keep digging yourself a hole that becomes a rut you are stuck in.
To me, that is the difference between a positive and negative person. It does not mean that a positive person never has a bad day. A positive person just makes the most of the bad day they can and doesn't let the bad days multiply.
You can be a positive person and be sad, upset, or down. A positve person just chooses not to wallow in it and picks themselves up, dusts off and keeps moving forward.
Sometimes it takes longer than others. Maybe it's days, plural and not just a day. That's OK too as long as you keep positively believing that things will get better and that you have the power to make them better.
So, when you are having a down day or days, don't think you have blown it or that it means your just no trying hard enough or that your not a positive person.
You don't have to jump for joy, scream with excitement or laugh all day long to be a positive person.
You have not failed life's positivity exam.
Sometimes being positive is just a quiet, determined strength that decides to keep moving forward through adversity, with the belief that things will work out for the good.
That's how you avoid getting stuck in The Negative Zone.

So well said Aaron! I have met people that view a bad day as a disaster - if one thing is bad then everything is bad - and that's simply not the case. Its perfectly healthy and normal to have ups and downs. Like everything else, bad times don't come to stay, they come to pass!

Obstacles are not intended as mere social confrontations from the objections of family and society around you to your behavior on the path of commitment. Rather, there are matters and confrontations that are much more dangerous than that that a person needs to know while on the road to God Almighty.
People are divided into two parts:
1) A department knows the path and its nature.
2) The other section does not know the nature of the road .. it wants to reach the goal, a paradise, but it does not know how to walk to it .. {.. like the one obsessed with demons in the earth Hiran his owners call him to guidance, inflict say that the guidance of Allah is the guidance and ordered us to recognize To the Lord of the worlds} [Al-An'am: 71]

I have suffered here a bit myself I think. Usually the main reason is checking for commissions and not seeing any there. Google Search Console I think is another one I think I need to just try not to log on to any until I actually need to. A watch pot never boils. Otherwise I think I am overall positive about the work i'm doing. For others I would say to try and identify these triggers and do there best to avoid them. Just focus on the positive keep working and see where it gets you

We just have to patient and keep moving forward on a path that we know has worked for many other before us. If they can do it then so can we. I know that is easier said than done sometimes.
