You don't post the whole article. The link is fine. It helps if you actually ask people to read it - and then they know what they're supposed to be doing.
Interesting article. I would break up your paragraphs a bit more - it makes it easier for people to read. If people are faced with large blocks of solid text, they often won't bother. :) Beverley
