Learning how to use Facebook in Wealthy Affiliate.
I have not yet started utilizing my social media platforms here on Wealthy Affiliate. Not because I don't want to, I just haven't figured all of the social media stuff out yet.
Using Facebook to promote Wealthy Affiliate will be first on my list of platforms to try. To be honest I have never had much luck working with Facebook as far as advertising goes. There are so many rules and stipulations to advertising anything on their site, that its a little intimidating to me.
I haven't given up yet, on using Facebook to promote my blog to get more Traffic because I know it can be a great tool for traffic. But I am going to have to do more training on using it.
Being careful about making Facebook stay happy with what you are posting hasn't been easy for me. So if anyone here on Wealthy Affiliate has any tips they want to throw my way, I would Appreciate it Very Much...
I would like to find the easiest and simplest way to post, but still make an impact on readers. I know that sounds a little lasy, but I don't mean it that way at all. There are so many directions we can take on Facebook to use it for ads. That I just want to keep it simple. I have always been a believer in the saying, Less is More.

I just want to share what I did on Facebook.
Each time I post to my website, I post to Facebook. Sometimes I either post the same article 3 times throughout the day or a different article
I post it to my business page as well as to my main Facebook page.
Yes, it has been very successful because I'm having a lot of traffic weekly and my followers are growing.
I have just started doing this since January

I'll tell you what I do with Facebook and I hope it helps.
First of all, I don't buy any ads. Frankly, I can't afford it.
I first opened a business page, because I already had a personal page. Facebook shutdown my business page --I'm guessing because I didn't buy ads. Every time I post a new article on my website I also post it to Facebook .I've had no trouble doing that.
They stay up until I take them down. A couple of my friends share them with their friends, but other than that, I have seen no traffic from Facebook at all. I just recently joined a group with interests in my niche and as I introduce my website to them, I hope traffic will increase.
I've had better luck with Pinterest. They are like another Search Engine are quite popular right now. It takes a little while to learn how to use it and takes a good amount of time, but at least, I get some traffic. Hope this helps.

I'm with you Jeff, I'm not a fan of Facebook either. I have tried over the years to like it, but I always quit using it.
But I'm trying to like it again...lol
