Hi Zorica, I recently, last week had a hacking attack on one of my gmail accounts. It was not repeat NOT related to WA. My WA is secure I believe, but I have now purchased a much more robust anti virus & anti snooping software called Bit Defender. It seems to have solved any problems I had & that were very distressing. I lost 3 days of WA work on my web site in the process.

I'm sorry about your problems. Again, security is poor. How did you notice you were hacked?

I also got strange messages, I didn't know what was going on. I see some names that can be logged into my site.

I would advise you to ask technical support in WA they will be able to access your website & perhaps check it for you.
But Catherin'es advice below is very good. So perhaps do that first to see if it stops it.

I was not helped by Technical Support, I wrote to them. Katarina's instructions are correct, I deleted 4 intruders, 1 still remained, you can see on login and all users are gone

I have a big problem with the Website. Everything fell apart, it fell apart. I pay WA membership and I have no mentoring. I wanted to switch to Starter- it can't, you can just go out. I invested both time and money and have no progress.

How do I recognize the Premium Theme? What are the tags on Premium Members Themes, how do I distinguish them from free ones?

Wealthy Affiliate does not provide the themes, Zorica. All the free themes come from wordpress.org and there are thousands of them. Choose a New Theme If you want a premium theme then you'll need to purchase it from the theme developer.

I don't recommend that you buy a premium theme, Zorica, unless that's what you really need. There are thousands of free themes to choose from. Watch the video, even if you don't understand what I'm saying as a picture tells a thousand words.
A "multiple locations" theme could be useful if you have a business that has multiple locations such as a chain store or a franchise business. If you have such a business then you may find what you're looking for at themeforest.net

Hi Zorica! Jazzy is used to test keywords and to build your keyword and "low hanging" keyword lists. Low hanging keywords are like an off the normal keywords. Like say you have a keyword and it is boots. A low hanging keyword to boots might be 'western' boots, or 'ladies' boots. Or 'cowboy' boots. In other words, a more descriptive keyword (s) pointing toward your niche.
