Problem Solving
Problems?
We all have problems. What ever your age, your origin, your culture, etc. For some people your problem might seems ridiculous. However you are the only one who knows how this problem makes you feel. Apart from exposing your problems you cannot do anything else. You cannot make people feel what you feel towards a particular problem that you might have.
How ever I have tried different things or methods which I would like to share with you.
Method 1: Feeling angry
In this method I get angry with every thing and every one. This method does not help at all. It just increase the problems.
So I think that one important thing to do when trying to solve a problem is to KEEP CALM.
Method 2: To complain
The second thing that I did was complaining. This might help if you do it with the right person. I did it first with people I did not know as it was easier for me to tell personal things to people who don't know me, so even if they judge me I don't care as we are not friends. But I realise that I was just complaining and on a first time that helped me to relief myself. But after sometimes I also realised that this stranger to whom I am sharing very personal things don't worry about me and that person will not help me in anyway. Or it also happened that the sharing of these personal thing made me become close to that «stranger» and at this point I dont feel like sharing my problems to someone I am becoming close because I wont accept his/her judgement.
So the lesson which I got from this experience was STOP COMPLAINING.
The last method which I am experiencing now and which I think should be the right one is to:
1. Define my problem
2. Enumerate possibilities to the define problem.
3. Evaluate the possibilities before choosing the best which will help solve the defined problem.
4. Apply the chosen solution.
5. Evaluate/Analyse the results.
If results good, keep going
If results not good (enough) - Keep calm - do not complain - rethink about other solutions/ choose another solution.
