There are various definitions of leadership.
There are different areas for leadership: leadership among, business leadership, public leadership, political leadership, educational leadership, and more.
Different definitions relate to different aspects of leadership. Grater denominator for all settings in all areas is: the ability to influence a group of people to achieve their goals with the right to have responsibility for their success and failures.
Ability to influence includes:
Create motivated to make a difference.
Mobilizing the enthusiasm and passion to work to change.
Beyond making a decision on purpose, action to achieve the goal.
Willingness to accept responsibility for the successes and failures of others includes:
Providing regular feedback during the process and the way.
To encourage constant pursuit of the goal even when difficulties.
Giving credit followers in the process, especially the final outcome.
