Sometimes one needs a wake up call to understand things

better and when that time comes you need to use your head

not your heart because heart makes quick decisions without thinking about consequences.

Last month I faced life threatening matter , I couldn't breathe it felt like I was loosing my mind and I had to use my head so that my head could talk to my heart and my heart could talk to my body and I had to remind myself of the reasons why I shouldn't let myself down or disappoint myself, you might think that I am being selfish to make everything about

myself but the truth is everything about your life begins with you and you come first. Then I had to think about my kids ,my family and my goals, things that I wanted to accomplish which is the main reason that I joined Wealth Affiliate then my mind and my body came back to life ,it was either that or let everything and everybody that matters to me down but guess what?
