Finally feels real!
I've been slow starting here and it's taken me a few months to get going. For the first time yesterday, I looked at my site and actually felt like it looked like a real site. That is huge for me, as I kind of treated this like a pet project that wouldn't turn into the extra income I wanted it to be.
I haven't monetized it, yet. But I have good pages and posts of content, the site looks good to my eye and the reviews and comments I've gotten have made me hopeful for the future. Just finishing up course 2 and now I'm nervous but very excited about starting to make some money. By this time next month I should actually see some income, and whether it's $1 or $100 I will be amazed.
This site has proven to me that you can chase your dreams, and maybe even make a living out of your creativity. If you're like me and doubting the system at first, just keep pushing on and eventually you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's not easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. Best of luck to everyone, and use the social system here, it really does help!
