Hey Zeinab,
No matter which autoresponder service you use, they EACH have their rules, so, as you discovered with MailChimp the hard way, please DO read over their Terms of Use so that won't happen again.
See screen print below to see some suggestions (blog tips) along with tutorials (training)... and sometimes, reading other member's question related to yours, you may discover a great answer in one of the comments given below their question.
Hope you find this helpful.
Hi Trish, thank you so much for your answer to my question. This helped a lot. I felt so disappointed this morning after receiving that notification.
I apologize for addressing my question directly to Kyle, I was confused if my question was going to him or not. (I think this is my first question in this section. lol)

Glad this helped you Zeinab, because that is what this membership site is alllll about... helping each other out wherever and whenever we can. :-))
I was just looking for a helpful answer and yours was helpful enough.
Now that I know all autoresponder services could all have these rules, I will be careful enough and read carefully their Terms of Use.
Thank you so much!
Not to worry, the best lessons we learn are those that we failed at first try... yes, seriously. That's how we learn best!
