I need emergency Help

I have tried and no one understands I can't do anything at all I don't even know if this message will work. I have no access to anything for a week now, nothing works no web sites and this is what I see everywhere I go, the WA left menu and a white screen nothing else. I can't do anything. I didnt even get a recent back up of my sites. I have notified the support but they don't seem to care KYLE and CARSON I need YOUR HELP or I will leave the WA tomorrow for I have been waiting a week already and the traffic now thinks my sites are a joke because they are shut down so I'm loosing all my traffic. ALL MY HARD WORK GONE no success in that!!! The Community has been doing there best to help and I truely thank you, the community is the best and I will miss you guys and gals the most as well as ninJAY. I don't want to leave but I am very disappointed with KYLE AND CARSON for having not corrected this. Plus I was informed by another member that a Scott Newkirk is getting credit for my referals (go figure! A very upset zeemanneed help
