How to Write a Successful Project Plan - affiliates

As affiliate marketer it is important to keep focus on your work flow. It is easy to be distracted with bunch of other offers what can lead to jumping from offer to offer and confusion. The reason one why the most of the affiliate marketers fail is lack of focus on one product or opportunity only.

Project plan

First you have to have some title and picture for your project like a book cover. It is important to to write down your name as author and datum of writing project plan. Next page is index page where your readers I mean you can easy navigate from section to section of project plan. For example I have named my project plan "Affiliate success" you can name it what ever your wish. Project plan is only a tool for you to acheive your goals.

Each project plan is maked ap of folowing parts or sections: Need, Aims, Outcomes, Outputs, Gantt Schema, Inputs, Monitoring and Evaluation and Vision.

Need
In "Need" section of your project plan you will describe a problem you want to solve by initiating a new project in your life. You can write here litle bit about circustamces what have leaded to your current life or economic situation and have been a reason of undertaking a project.

Aims
Aims describe the overall changes and benefits that you want to achieve. How the successful project achievement will exchange your life. What will be better.

Outcomes

Outcomes lay out the specific differences that you want to make. Write here exactly what you will acheive and when. For example " at the end of my 2016 my earnings from affiliate marketing efforts are $3000 per month.

Outputs
Outputs describe the activities and services your project will deliver. Thind about what you will do in order to acheive your goal. As affiliate what activities you will undertake in order to make your dream earning. One such activity for affiletes can be to write one post to your blog each day.

Gantt Schema
Gantt Schema is a timilene with all activities from project plans outputs with milestones. A mile stone is logical part of your project. For exmple as affiliate marketer you can have as milestone a datum when you have wached all necesary educative videos or when you have finished testing one advertising method and written down assessment about it. You need to decide for your self how to cat a project in different parts. Each part need to be like a little project inside a bigger project.

Inputs
Inputs describe what you need to deliver your project. This includes a budget and your time. What personal qualities you need in order to acheive projects goals. For example you can need presistence in order to be successful affiliate.
When you write a budget write down a time you are spending promoting your product and how much per hour this would cost. You can prize your time as you wish. How much money you would like to earn per hour. This fictive cost per hours are a good indicator if your business is profitable or not. You need to be able to pay off hours you have spending promoting business in order to continue with your business.
Next post in your budjet will be how much money you can aford to pay to different advertising companies.

Monitoring and Evalution
Monitoring and evaluation describes what information you are going to collect throughout the project, how it will be collected and how it will be used to evaluate whether or not the project was a success. When you write Monitoring and Evalution section of your project it is important to now what factors determine if project was successful or not and remember it is not always about money, learning points from project are important too. Write down here what you have learned during process of implementation of your project.

Vision
The Vision part of project plan is your thougts about future impacts of project on your life . How would you like your project to evolve in the future, for example you may wish selling your product to all countries of the world.
