One Thing
While we create the illusion of being able to multi-task there is actually only one thing on our minds at any given point. The one thing for me now is only to look ahead. From one thing to the next, I'm sure I will create success!

Our brain cannot actually entertain two or more things at the same time. The more multi-tasking we do the busier our mind will be. But then it is matter of getting used to it. No wonder there is a spike in the case of mental problems around. Florentino
I'm not aware of the statistics but that's troubling to hear! I struggle with "multi-tasking" in it's modern definition anyway. I have recently started reading a book called "The One Thing" by Gary Keller which has helped me to reassess my approach to things; everything is much less cluttered and streamline.

I have never been a fan of multi-tasking as I tend to be only able to focus on one thing at a time.
