your menus may not be set up correctly. Or you may have set up a static page. I would so back to the training the lesson on how to set up a webpage. There are also some very helpful youtube videos about WordPress page creations.

I just purchased a domain with WA, but want to change the name to something else, can that be done?
Sorry but no, once u have purchased a domain you cannot change it. If u want a different domain u will need to purchase another one.

How can we let someone outside of WA design a website for us without giving them permission to access other websites and this group
Yes you can give them your website login details without giving access to your WA account. Log In to WordPress Without Wealthy Affiliate Site Rubix
yes you could, if they are any good then they should know how to do that and NOT ask to access your website from inside here
however, be careful there are many scammers in this area
and be aware of just how much 'design' you need for your website
you will learn all you need for affiliate marketing here, some people think design is all important but not in this business, content is more important and SEO, and you get the important lessons with the training here
also someone from outside may want to give you a lot of plugins you don't need, they likely will not anticipate the technology in use here on your site already for SEO as it is unique to this platform and others tend to compensate

I switched m? domain over to WA on Wednesday and it is still processing. How long does it takes to process.

I picked a theme for my website but needs to upgrade my theme. Will I lose everything if I upgrade my site and will the upgrade take place in siterubix?
Don't pay for a premium theme yet. You can continue with the theme you've got or try a different theme Choose a New Theme

Please look at my site I picked Salon Spa and it looks nothing like the sample. My site is instinctivemassage.siterubix.com. I just want the format to be the same.
If the theme doesn't provide the images they use in their sample then you'll have to find your own images. Try pixabay.com they have images which are free to use even for commercial purposes, just check the individual licences. For support for your theme go to wordpress.org.
If you used the siterubix "Move" function to transfer the siterubix site to your own .com site, a bit of code was placed into the old site that redirects all accesses (including yours) to the new site. Any time that you try to change your old siterubix site, the changes will be applied to your new site instead.
Where is the move button? What I was asking was the free theme I got with siterubix doesn't come with all the features that is advertised. To get all the features I would have to upgrade and buy the premium features. So, I didn't know whether the upgrade would come into the siterubix page or on my computer and then put another code into system.
The "Move" button is located in the row of icons for each site in the list on the SiteManager page. (see below) It's used to transfer a siterubix site to a personally-owned domain.
You can certainly change the theme on your .com domain. What is the domain name of your old siterubix domain? I'll check to see if it's getting redirected to your new site.

My site name is instinctivemassage.siterubix.com. Please do check it out. I bought the Salon Spa theme. The theme shows pictures already on the home page. I don't care about the pictures I just want the format. As you can see my format is different from and blank. For what I read to get the same format I would have to buy the premium pack. Help
Sorry, I was confused by your question. If you haven't moved a siterubix site to your own .com site, please ignore everything that I said about the "Move" button and redirecting.
You shouldn't need to upgrade to a premium theme to get the look you want. Themes usually come with default photos that you would replace with your own. You'll need to edit your home page to put your own content on it.
Always make a back up before you do anything with the website that relates to structure. In fact you shoud back up your website regularly.
Check how to here: Backing Up Your Website Changing the theme will not loose your posts etc but it may change the format.
