I love the Coming Soon Mood it makes it sound so nice , so that’s a warm up for the new blog by 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 0r even 16 Days no no im joking ,The Blog will get published soon so that's just a warm up

BLOG COMING SOON APRIL 2016

Early in the last century we uses to consume around 2500 calories a day but now with everything going so fast , Since the nineties we are not getting more than 2000 Calories a day and still we gain more weight .

This problem is not only available in certain countries but all around the globe ,This goes back to the kinds of lives that we are living these days plus the jobs & work we do since the nineties until now in 2016, our nature of living is affecting the amount of movement & the muscular efforts that we are doing as sports that are meant to be or the movements that we don't mean to do it all goes under the amount of effort that we do .

We are not moving enough to use all the calories that enter our bodies with the efforts that we do, everything is becoming for less effort.

As researches showed that this does affect us from the time of our Childhood ,These days problems childhood obesity are becoming one of the biggest problems that parents are having with their kids especially that no one would ever be able to say no to a hungry Son or baby.

Problems Of childhood obesity are caused mostly from hours in front of the T.V & video games; this is one of the biggest causes for problems of obesity between children because of rareness of muscle movement in these activities.
