In "real life" (lol!) I'm a project manager for a Bay Area web development agency. As part of our process, I ask my team to provide me with "Daily Standup" messages. The purpose of these Standups is to keep the team focused and to make sure they're not blocked with getting anything done. The messages are simply answers to 3 questions:
- What did I work on yesterday?
- What will I work on today?
- Do I need help with anything that's preventing me from getting things done?
As I move forward with my side-hustle here at WA, I am committing to regularly sharing my own "Daily Standup" with the community. By doing so, I believe it will help me stay on task as I continue on this journey towards building my own internet empire (bwahahahaha!)

That said, here's my Standup for today:
- Yesterday I completed the Level 1 course for Online Entrepreneur Certification (stoked!) I also started Phase 1 of the Affiliate Bootcamp (great materials in there!)
- Today I will continue with Phase 1 of the Affiliate Bootcamp. I am also reaching out to a friends to share my WA experience and to refer them to join our community.
- Nothing is blocking me other than a lack of time, lol! I figure I'll have 2-4 hours to work on WA today; otherwise, I need to balance my time with the team at work.
