What if you HAVE a high value DOMAIN NAME and you don't even know?

WHAT IF

I buy some domain name on the namecheap or godaddy (for 12$ per year) and my goal is not to make this website full of content, just a little to rank on brousers? My goal is to sell this domain name to someone else who would like to have it for their own business/product/service.

So in this case I am just an owner and one day soon one person will appear to wish to have exactly this specific name/domain name.

Now, can I ask you something? If I bought that specific domain name for some yearly price and am hosting this domain name here at WA is this it? Do I have to do something else to have that ownership of that website domain name or thats it? So can I as an owner sell to someone this website domain name for much higher price as I think is strong and very commpetitive domain name and is also dot com?

What is the proces of selling buying domain name and transfering it to the new owner?

I think the domain name that I have should have a good value, not because of trafic because is low, there is no much content on it, but specificly because of the NAME

...the name is NO ONE ABOVE together and dot com also...

In my opinion it is easy speling and to remember very eazy, has very strong meaning, strong name and it can be used for many types of products or also many services... I think this could be the name for example some expensive unique parfume or maybe clothing brand .... and so on there can be many ideas.

But defenitly it is a name for the company wich will be above competition. Some product or service wich is standing out/above the others in the niche - so nooneabove dot com should be the firm and strong name with the caracter somewhere in the industry some day.

These are all my thoughts and I know there can be many different opinions on that topic. If you dont mind I would really apriciate your point of view on that?
