Can someone explain the benefits of doing guest blog post. I understand that it helps expand your reach but is their research on this?

How do you guest blog on other sites?

How do you get guest blogs on your site? Do you want other bloggers on your site?

What if you just started and you dont have a large following just yet?

I saw in a Facebook group that someone was charging $125 for guest bloggers on their site? Is that a normal cost? How much is too much?

Sorry I have a lot of questions and did not check to see if their was a training on this already, but if you know a thing or two, help me out..
