Level 4 - Lesson 7 Moving Forward

I feel that I am finding my comfort zone here in the training From WA. Finding the right pace for me to learn and put into practice and not move ahead until understanding where I am and what I am learning here.

When I start running when I should be walking and then I start stumbling that is the time I need to Stop. Log out for a while, do something different - go for a walk - take my wife out for a coffee walk or a walk, then an ice-cream treat at Dairy Queen or any ice-cream outlet.

The pause, that refreshes one's mind and body, will have positive benefits on one's training moving forward. What's that saying: Refresh and Repeat.
