Great you are writing even when the inspiration is lacking! I know the feeling, but I find the more I ignore it the easier it gets.

I started with a personal challenge (this was eight months ago) to write 200w (yes, only two hundred words) every day. To me this seemed like a huge number of words, having never before had to write anything longer.
I managed to do that and it helped - I could have at least one post per week.

Fast forward eight months: I now publish every day.

My posts are 1500w+.

I write site comments whenever I have a minute to spare.

Also, leaving comments like these, gets my writing warmed up, so once I'm onto writing my posts I just go for it.

On bad days, I go back to my first strategy - write 200w and have a coffee, and come back to writing later.

Of course this is not always possible, because I have a job, two children and million other things to do, but I just wanted to share what I do, and hope you'll find it useful in persevering in your content creation.
