My Site and Other Things
I have been working on my site and I just wanted some feed back on it. I think that I fixed all the errors, however I am doing this late at night so you know the eyes play tricks sometimes.
Tonight has been pretty productive. I do have one question, if I want to link just a word to my WA link how do I do that. I have watched the video and I guess I am not getting it because I have not figured it out yet. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Another note, my mom is doing better and she will be going home tomorrow, so that is a blessing. Thank all of you for praying for her speedy recovery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Lord is good!!

As I see it Brenda you do the same for a word as you would for a number of words same procedure Look at Nathaniell's Profile page he has a video on how to do it, If you cant find it Put the following question in the Need Help Brenda box at the top of the page " internal linking : words".

You want to link a word from where to your WA link? And by WA link do you mean your affiliate link?
OK like i just want to put "join" and they click that and it takes them to my WA link.

No not yet just wondering how to do it. Say if I wanted to put "join" instead of the long link.
Open the URL of the link you wish to connect to. Copy it.
While in edit mode in WP, highlight the word you want to link. Look for the chain on the top row of symbols. Click the Link chain and it will bring up a dialogue box that will allow you to paste the destination link into it. Give the link a name, if you wish, spelling it out on the second line of the popup. I advise checking the box which allows the link to open in a new window. Close popup, view page and check that link works.

I love the colors and cute little birds! Is your niche hair? I am a little confused with the first two posts because the one of the left is about eyelash extensions and the one to the right is about promoting a business. Maybe I am reading it wrong, but I would stick to one or the other personally, only because it's a bit confusing. Also I noticed the entire post is shown on the front page. I would shorten it so someone needs to click READ MORE to see the rest.
You have a great start though! I am also happy to hear about your mom! I am not sure what was wrong but I'm glad to hear she is better!
Sades. I don't really like the front page either, I would like to put those post under Build a website the one about promoting your business however I don't know how. The eyelash extensions I need it under finding a salon however I don't know how to do that either. Do you??

I think this video will help. In wordpress you can create a Parent page and then "Child" pages so that might be what you need. Check out the video and see if that's what you're wanting to do. Let me know if it helps!

If you want to link another site to a word you wil highlight the word JOIN and click the paper clip icon up a the top. A window will pop open and you then paste in the link you want. (for example the link to your WA profile or where ever you want it to take them). Make sure to click the box that says it will open in another window. After you do this preview your page and click the word to make sure it worked.
