Medications, a logical Approach
There are many ways for folks to organize and implement their daily medications. One of the first things to do is to get familiar with these medications, what they do, dosage, and the Doctors information.
These details are only but one of the main things needed to make sure your loved ones are following their dosages correctly. Otherwise, an avoidable mistake can be prevented.
Upon being directed to take medication, one of the first things that people avoid is reading thru the instructions that come with the medications. In this document you have all the information that is needed, and keeping track of these documents may mean the difference between life and perhaps death.
Filing these papers are essential for all ages not only the elderly and can be an excellent resource when issues arise. Once these medications have been prescribed it is always important to take them as directed by the Doctor. The main reason being that without the prescribed dosage, the illness or condition may not be cured.
Alphabetising is the next step, once you have a pill container to sort these pills into in order to make it easier to take once the correct time arrives. The best way to do this is to start from left to right, am versus pm, followed by the regular vitamins and alternate medications that do not fall into the am or pm category.
Then final thing to remember is to make sure these medications and where they are processed from are filled, therefore when the beginning of the week arrives, there are enough medications for your loved ones to use. Always remember that when in doubt or a reaction arrives, contact the Doctor that prescribed these medications must be contacted.
Our level of care for anyone is critical and essential towards their survival as well as our own health. They deserve only the best possible care they have devoted their lives for us, thus it is what we MUST DO in return.

Thank you Xavier, well said. I will take your points seriously. I have a bucket of pills and it can get out of hand.
No, really I mean it. Sometimes (most times) I don't even know what the heck some pills are meant for.
Great post my friend. Very useful information Xavier, I appreciate that.
