Oneof the many ways one can start a new year off and is usuallysomething everyone of strives for is, losing weight. For whateverreason this seems to come up many many times as we get older and moreconcerned with out health. Thereis a term that seems to be spoken recently it is “HANGRY”. Ido not know how this word got out, but I do know what it could mean,and it is not something that can be taken lightly. With so manycommercials and messages that are aimed at advertising products, itis a wonder how we are all not affected by them. For whatever reasonthese types of labeling do not serve any other purpose other than toexcuse them away from us. This is but one example, and I am surethere are others. Moving on to doing something about it is the nextstep. Take into consideration also choosing fruits and vegetables mayalso contribute to living a healthier lifestyle.

Doingsomething about it and deciding to move forward can be difficult,IF YOU LET IT BE! This is the time to make the change you havewanted to make and to have a lasting impact on the days you have toenjoy. Thanks Xavier, With my daily routine of stretching and dance to start my morning, I have found the resolve to watch what I eat...And it is impossible to ignore the benefit as I lead A very labor intensive work schedule and my body simply reacts more efficiently with the diet change.

Hi Xavier,
I think that our health is #1, if we have any health problem, we can perform on anything, we can concentrate on our projects, like WA.
So, it may sound selfish, but you came First, take care of your self and then you will be able to take care of anyone else, your spouse, kids, family, wherever is the case.
So, it is a good start, learn more about it, put it to a test, you will find the method that works for you.
Personally, i'm trying fasting, I research it and put to work (as we speak). I'll let you know how it goes.
