Yep, as the others said, you click on the airplane, and then to links. Your affiliate link shows up on almost every page, towards the top as well, with the word "Affiliate" and a small link symbol. You can share blogs, some training, information with your friends through this affiliate link, and then when they decide to try it out, it will come in under your name! I believe he must come in through your affiliate link or you will not get credit. You can get your affiliate link by clicking on the white airplane in the top bar of every page or on your profile page underneath your WA name is a button that will give it to you. It should not be too long.

It has to come through your affiliate link, or else how would they know who referred the person?
