First let me just say - if you got a similar message from Pinterest, Great! I'm happy for you! But don't tell me until tomorrow. Let me have my moment to feel like I'm doing something right.

I got an e-mail from Pinterest this morning saying that they want to feature businesses that use Pinterest boards creatively, and thought Saved Wedding would be a good fit. Who me?!? Couldn't be!! Ack!! Really?!? Wow, I wasn't prepared for this... So many people I want to thank... I want to thank my fiancee for showing me unconditional love and support, my mother for always believing in me, my dad for always supporting me, my dog for always eating my carpet, and oh who am I forgetting? My sister for introducing me to Pinterest all those years ago.....

I had look at your boards and you have found your forte there, I am not up on Pinterest though I have joined. Can you monetize this in any way or is it a kudos thingy. Very well done anyway.

It's a kudos thing, although I'm sure the exposure will help create more traffic for a while.

I'm am so behind the times (probably over a 100 years old by now) ... I've never even visited Pinterest until clicking on your link. So perhaps when you can carve out a few minutes of your day (not expecting this with your schedule ... and congratulations on your wedding!), you can explain it all to me. God Bless!

Thank you! It's simple really. If you find something you like or want to come back to online, like a dress, DIY idea, or even recipe, you can pin it to your profile. You name the boards according to the category of the item you are "pinning". For example, on my personal Pinterest profile I have a board called Yum Yums for recipes (mostly desserts - I have a sweet tooth) and another called Dream Home for anything I would like to have in my future home.
