Hi - it is unlikely you will get a refund, it is specifically covered in the terms and conditions. By signing up to premium, you agree to automatic recurring payments.
According to your profile, you joined in January, you have built a website here, completed all 5 levels of training, and were still responding to comments 3 months ago. Therefore, I would say you have clearly used this service. However, as advised by Gomer, only Kyle can decide if you are entitled to a refund.
I know, because I bought the service for half a year in January, and this service will stop today, but I don't know that WA will automatically deduct the money from the bank. I just don't want the membership for the second half of the year. !
You should always read the terms and conditions when signing up to any financial agreement. I have added them below. There is no point trying to explain any further. As I said, contact Kyle; only he can authorise a refund.
"You agree that Wealthy Affiliate may process your credit card or PayPal account on each monthly, annual, or other renewal term (based on the applicable billing cycle), on the calendar day corresponding to the first day you subscribed to a paid subscription."
