Back to business!
After two broken hard drives in a month, with two weeks left before doing exams in a course that I despise from the beginning, it's finally back today and I'm ready to learn more than ever!
As a young teenager, I don't just see life right now as a life where either I can enjoy everything; e.g Partying out with friends, eating out every single day, or just sitting in lectures for a course that I've been hating it for weeks.
While my peers are going back to their countries for holidays, I see opportunities where I can start grinding for success while doing my part-time job and learning Japanese, it's more 'fun' that way rather than wasting time doing nothing. Because I'm currently still 17, and I have the time to learn things that I want to learn, I was never the smartest in class, or always in the top 10 academically every single year.
The reason behind that is if you're on that position, people will expect you to do better academically every single year, which is not what I wanted in my life, as Jack Ma once told his son that:
'You don’t need to be in the top three in your class, being in the middle is fine, so long as your grades aren’t too bad. Only this kind of person [a middle-of-the-road student] has enough free time to learn other skills.'
So now, although there are two weeks left until exams, I'll do my best to use some time to grind every single day, and gradually as I passed through the exam barriers, it's time for me to grind even more.
Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
