I've started here at WA about three weeks ago,upgraded to premium the second week,improved my website a great deal,and elevated my clicks to almost 300 and 3 refferals in just two days. I tihink am off to a pretty good start. ;)

Firstly you have way to many social buttons on your site, When I opened a page all I could see on my screen was social buttons, i thought the page was still to be done, so I moved on. Get rid of them either from the top of page or from the bottom. Also you have 2 styles of button, just have one style, no need to double up. This will clean up the look of your site.
