Just a quick blog here but if you haven't or didn't put any YouTube video (that's related) to your blog post, I really recommend doing so.
I've started putting at least 1 YouTube video on each blog post and not only it ranks faster but I realize they started to rank higher too.
Maybe it's just me but I think it can only bring the good (longer avg time/session), YouTube's a sister of google etc.
