Listening is a skill most people forgot about

"One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say." - Bryant H. McGill

Being a good speaker may be important to most people, as illustrated by many charismatic CEOs.

But people often forget that listening is equally as important, if not more important than speaking.

This is why we are born with 2 ears and 1 mouth, so that we can learn to listen more instead of talking.

Cheers!

Hi Will, we must train our ears to listen. Irv.

Hi Ivine, yes training we must, indeed.

I agree. Thank you so much for that important subject. It's one of the skills of a highly effective person as Stephen Covey would say.

Yes, that's right!

I like this. Thank you!

Thanks Michael!
