Morning Routine for Success at WA and Beyond!

Hey WA Community,

Wrote a new post on my website about what aspects of a morning routine can help create success and productivity. Figured I would share my routine with all of you and compare with everyone. Let me know if you do something you think should be in everyone's morning routine, would love to hear from all of you!

My morning routine:

  • 10:00 PM – Pre-Sleep prep.
    • Start fasting period
    • Shut off all screens
    • Write down list of goals
    • Read
  • 11:00 PM – Lights out
  • 6:30 AM – Wake up and chug glass of cold water
  • 6:40 AM – 15 minute body weight circuit with abs routine
  • 6:45 AM – Get ready for work
    • Shower (last 3 minutes cold water with deep breathing)
    • Brush Teeth, Shave, Floss, etc…
    • Get Dressed
  • 7:15 AM – Meditate
  • 7:30 AM – Read and review goals
  • 8:00 AM – Write
  • 9:00 AM – Emails and check finances
  • 9:30 AM – Start work (I work from home so it’s flexible)
