I Quit......31 May was NO TOBACCO DAY!Smoking can be considered to be one of the most insidious forms of warfare that the world has ever known. It is in reality a form of warfare waged against our health, whether we like to admit it or not. The problem here of course, is that its casualties are basically willing to partake in what was once considered to be a "cool" form of behaviour. Dear W.A. family I thought you might enjoy having a chuckle or two so don't worry about the title, this blog, though literally "down-to-earth", is just a little bit of light-hearted relief, the kind of joke that archaeologists keep in their repertoire! Can one win the Global war against Hackers and various assorted Cyber-Snoopers and Ne’er do Wells? In response to a blog recently posted concerning celebrities' pictures being leaked online, and the accounts of recent personal experiences of some of our fellow Wealthy Affiliates, I would say yes, there are measures one can take to largely thwart hackers, cyber-snoopers and their ilk. A useful start is to realise that the advancement of technology is actually a two edged sword. It can be

When I opened my daily newspaper early this morning the above title immediately caught my attention and I began to read the article with avid interest! Ethics? The article raised questions about whether Facebook behaved unethically when it conducted a clandestine experiment without informing or obtaining permission from its 1.2 Billion + users. The kind of study they initiated is described as a form of "sadness induction", deliberately manipulating its users (maybe even be some of our We
