A Big Thank You to Wealth Affiliate Site Support
Those who have read my previous post "Starting anew with WA and Affiliate Marketing" would have known that I joined Wealth Affiliate in 2016, but had no followed-up with concrete actions until recently.
After I wrote the post on 6 May 18, I tried to revive my old website realistic-income.com. You see, everything in the online / tech world moves in lightning speed, and after two years, my wordpress dashboard do not even have buttons for me to install pluggins, or to update my wordpress version. Take a look below.
All I could do was to add posts. And obviously that won't do if I'm aiming for success and financial independence through WA!
If it was in the past, I probably would have tried to fiddle with it for hours, pouring over articles in google and getting frustrated. But I know how tech unsavvy I am, so I decided to try WA's tech support under websites > Site Support.
I logged a ticket at 9.31pm...
And after 10 replies (5 from them and 5 from me), the problem was resolved at 11.11pm, after around 1 hour and 40 minutes! And this was after I had to throw in a second problem. The site support team not only helped me update my wordpress version, but also rectified my page problem of no buttons for pluggins.
I have to say, I am amazed at the turnabout time for the support given. The backend support team is incredible, and I would like to say a big thank you.
From this episode, I have a lot of confidence in WA's support, and I'm very sure that this kind of swift, competent support will be a critical success factor for many new beginners wanting to take action.
If I had tried resolving this on my own like what I did in the past before finding WA, I would have quitted (which I did, in the past. It was just too painful and resource consuming and depressing to work long hours trying to resolve a small glitch that you have absolutely no idea what is wrong. At the end of the day you start to wonder if the time could be better spent elsewhere..).
