I Quit My Job! Here's What Happened!

What I want to share on here is how much better, mentally I am feeling. Although the first few days I wasn't sure what to do just because I had tons of free time now. I quickly learned that I must take action and discipline myself or I will end up a lot worst than before quitting my job.
I've made it a goal to go to the gym everyday and do a minimum of 20 minutes on the Elliptical trainer. I want to start slow just to establish a routine and not worry about really breaking a sweat. The main focus is to re-wire my routines and start doing things differently.
After 3 weeks I started to see that I was no longer craving junk food. I instead wanted to stay away from it and cook at home. Currently I have a schedule to do groceries and meal prep. Before, I was just buying breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was spending roughly 30-40$ per day (NYC is crazy expensive).
Now I am working on my weight loss goals and really feeling a lot better about myself. I took up photography which is very fun. I have to walk a lot to keep checking out the local scenery which helps with my cardio.
