If you are referring to earning credits at WA go to dashboard choose website then site content. Here you can ask for comments on your articles. You can either buy credits or earn by commenting on others blogs or websites. Hope this helps.

We need a bit more information...what payment, where, etc.

Definitely you can change your theme, go to your dashboard and scroll down to appearance and you can find the new theme that you want.

You certainly can, Just go to your website dashboard, scroll down to apperance then select themes
You can Add New themes or Select from ones you already got. After you select your theme , you then go to customize your theme to the way you want it to look.
