Starting Over.

I joined WA a little over a week ago. Watched some videos, applied some things, started a site, mainly just promoting WA, just to get my feet wet and test things out. While I still intend to finish boot camp and promote WA, I want to work as a seperate page on my site, like "Wanna build a site like this, YOU CAN" With a page that talks about Wordpress a little bit, and a link to WA."
I am trying to pick a niche. It's hard to pick just one. I have since decided to go with a sports videogame based site, due to my love of sports and videogames. Reviewing sports games after I have played them for a few weeks. I know that there are many other sites just like this, so I am going to focus on fighting sports. UFC, Boxing, WWE, etc...
I'm still learning, and if anyone here has any advice or whatever, it will be appreciated.
