Spirals are amazing!

From primitive to sleek, there are just so many ways you can use them in jewelry design.

After testing one of my design ideas in copper to be sure it secures the stone, I then use a spiral to form a springy wire wrap into a rough bezel setting for a sterling and turquoise ring. The loose ends extending from the bezel will be used to leverage tightness and secure it to the ring shank.
