For those just starting out, this journey (for me at least) is like hypothetically eating an Elephant - one bite at time. Focus on what it is you want to accomplish for the day and then take a breather before getting at it again. There is so much training and tips offered it can be challenging to keep up - but don't be discouraged - focus on your main priority for the day and start checking off your training one section at a time.To your focused achievements!
