Is it under 'menu'?
Go to your pages and see if you can see it there. You should be able to drag it over to a menu

I went to menu and and privacy is not there. Went to conten and again saved the and published the private and I went to pages and it is not there
You published it directly from SiteContent?
Is it a Siterubix website? Or a private domain you own? If private, is the hosting here at WA or elsewhere?
Did you actually set up your menu properly et? (If you've not got a saved and named menu, it might be that WordPress doesn't know what to do with the page).
If it's none of those reasons, you might be better opening a support ticket and the folks behind WA will have a look at your back office for you.
