Finding Your "WHY" - Reasons To Be Successful

To be successful, it is very important that you find the reason why you want to be an affiliate marketer.

You may want to:

• Get out of debt
• Secure your future
• Get out of the rat race
• Improve lifestyle
• Have financial freedom

In summary, what is important to you about becoming a successful affiliate marketer?

the big "WHY" is so you can be in control of your life, and help those around you know they are precious, worthy and loved.

if a person wants to maximize their potential in business, then they need to take the time to analyze their personal life, and identify any changes that will need to be made so that those same shortcomings don't cross over and negatively affect their business.

Example:

• Acknowledge weaknesses
• Acknowledge facts that affect who you are
• Improve daily

Setting Goals

In 5 years, you will have arrived; the question is where?

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Write down a detailed description of what your dream life looks like.

Include goals of these 7 areas of your life:

1. Financial goals
2. Career/business goals
3. Education/self-development goals
4. Family/friends, relationship goals
5. Fun/your "bucket list" goals
6. Health and fitness goals
7. Contributions/charitable goals

It is very important that you set goals for your business. You should start with 6-months, 1-year, 2-years, 5-years and 10-years goals.

The goals need to be high, but at the same time realistic. Keep in mind, when you are starting a business, you might have some ups and downs at the beginning.

Set a goal that you can reach if you work hard and focus enough, and always try to surpass that goal.

After setting up your goals, it is time to put into action. Try to get at least 1 step done every day. As an example, in my case, the night before I write down things that I have to do on the next day. It includes as much detail as possible, since going to a dentist appointment, paying bills, to write a post, review my website, complete some tasks with WA and so on.

I tried to be realistic with my time and at the same time I don't want to be overwhelmed with these tasks, that's why I try not to have more than 10 tasks at a time and I separate them into 2 categories: must do and need to do.

The must do items, which can be no more than 5 items per day, are those that must be done that day.

The need to do items are things that can be pushed to another day but, eventually, will become must do items.

I encourage you to utilize this plan, so that you can focus on the things that equal productivity, which ultimately buys you freedom.
