Contact form is one of the most essential form for customers/visitors who want to contact the site owner on any online websites. Since using wealthy affiliate for hosting, I have tried contact form 7 and wpform lite.
HELP! SiteSupport!
HELP! Currently, I am having an issue of not receiving any emails. I wonder what is the real issue, is it the issue with the plug-in or smtp. I have yet to hear from the sitesupport. HELP!

If you are having issues getting site support you need to escalate the issue with Kyle or Carson directly not put it in a public forum full of only affiliates like you. Sad to say since the change over to the new format on WA site support is inundated by tons of tickets most of which have nothing to do with site support and should be addressed in chat to take load off of them. Support is also being retrained to handle root causes and there seems to be a breakdown of communication as they are not responding when they start work on a ticket or group of tickets but be patient they will get you sorted.
On contact forms if you are not directly selling a product or service they are only a method to get spammed most of the time. Contact Form 7 used to work fine and is one of the most complete tools if you even need one.
