What's Freedom Worth to You?
Hey everyone! I hope all is well and that the week has been fruitful for everybody so far.
So I was at work today and was talking with a coworker about his liason at our parent company. He was telling me that this woman knew or products and services backwards and fowards. So she's on the phone with our partner companies, organizing spreadsheets, and tons of other stuff and she is paid same wage that my coworker and I are and we just make b2b calls all day.
Now she has been with the company for years and she is a go getter, but it is another case of Corporate America not paying people like her what they are worth..
Which brings me to us at WA. I have read quite a few goals from other community members, and many of them involve becoming financially free, and I want to ask what is that worth to you?
I want what you want to, I have for nearly 4 years, but freedom has a price and it must be bought and paid for. I see a lot of encouraging posts saying that stick with the training and pace yourself because this is a process, and that is true. But I also see a lot of will this work or will that work?
Queue in Gary Vaynerchuck. I saw this post below this morning and it spoke to an area of my life that I struggle with deeply: indecision. Gary spoke about not having a lot of money but having a lot of time and "punting his 20's." Is that not us here at WA? We came here for an affordable way to build our businesses, because we don't have a lot of capital to be losing.
Gary also talks about instead of sitting around wondering if something will work, just get out and do it, because one, you're wasting time wondering, and two, the only way to know if an idea or venture will work is to do it. If it does, great! If it doesn't, just move on to the next idea.
So for us it means trust the training and the process and keeping doing, and in time things will work or not. And if not, I like to suggest this saying I heard: Try, Fail, Adjust.
Now I know that some are busier than others, but remember, for those who are looking for financial freedom, that it has a cost, and since we cannot buy it with our current funds, I want to challenge those who are able to pay with as much time as they can. Go hard at this thing and you will have your dreams!
I believe in you and love you all.

P.S. Gary talks about business indecsion in the the first 7 minutes of the video, anything after that you're free to watch as well.

Hi Warrick. 100%. Freedom isn't free. You have to work at it often. Like marriage and any other kind of worthwhile relationship.
