Cannot get plugin I installed to connect to the server. It keeps saying cannot connect to host. Anyone that can help?
WA Hosting doesn't allow certain plugins.
Send in a support ticket. Maybe they'll activate for you.
It depends on the plugin. Some try to connect to places outside of WA, which is not recommended. If you have a questions about a certain plugin, support should be able to tell you if it's recommended or not.

I have looked through the site looking for a video to use in marketing and I haven't been successful. Does anyone know if there is one available and, if so, where can I find i
I haven't seen an official video. If you have the software you should consider making your own. I'm gonna attempt that this week sometime. I think a video you make yourself would be better anyway, just because its coming from a real person and not a company....if ya know what i mean. I just purchased some video software so I'm gonna give it a try.
