I LOVE THE "Ethos" at Wealthy Affiliate

It was built off the core of the idea of "helping people succeed
online" way back in 2005. Kyle and Carson had independently become successful and full-time affiliate marketers, which at the time was something that they felt they had mastered and they were in a position to teach others. So they started Wealthy Affiliate on a beautiful autumn day in September of 2005 they didn't know what it would become, but they knew they could help people.

They started as a keyword list site. They charged people $29.99 per month or $359.88 per year to join their service where they would give people a list of keywords in a brand new niche every month with some ads they could run in Google to convert their business. People absolutely loved their service.

But they were lacking a few things, and over the years they found out that they lacked A LOT of things. They didn't have a way for people to communicate. People could not build sites with efficiency. People couldn't do proper research on their own. People wanted personal mentoring and support. People wanted a way to host their sites and buy domains. People wanted more training. People wanted... EVERYTHING! lol"

So that, is what they did. To this day they continue to build new platforms and ways to make the lives of WA members more efficient. They created a social platform so people could efficiently communicate, get help, share ideas and get mentorship.

They created the most sophisticated website platform in the industry and started offering state of the art hosting platform. This has evolved into the most respected platform for building, managing and scaling websites in the industry.

They created a content management platform that allows people to efficiently create content, add images, and publish it directly to their websites.

They introduced weekly, live classes and 100's of training modules. They created a user contributed platform so fellow experts in the industry could share their training (and you can even create your own and earn directly through WA).

They introduced a keyword and research platform, that allows WA members to outsmart the competition and do so with instant efficiency.

They built platforms for engagement, feedback, and security for websites. They started offering domains at the most affordable rate online.

They didn't sit still. They still are not sitting still and I can assure you that the year ahead is going to be the busiest and most exciting one yet at WA.
