Hi Mickey, these are just interview questions from my resources that I think is relevant to initiate a conversation. Your are the CEO of your company so you should know what you do. Your are the one doing the hiring so it is up to you to request any additional information as necessary. Not sure what you mean by "my ..." do you mean "their ..." since they have to fit into your culture?
